Loomigrate moves mail, calendars, contacts and files between Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and legacy servers — with live progress, post-migration verification and a full history of every item. No black box.
Free test: up to 200 items from 3 mailboxes or drives, no card needed. Cloud or on-premise agent — your data never has to leave your network.
→ source: IMAP (h22.example.com) connected
→ destination: Microsoft 365 connected
→ folder: Inbox (2,481 / 3,490)
→ folder: Sent (912 / 912) done
→ folder: Archive (0 / 15,204) queued

From connecting accounts to a verified result — every stage visible in real time.
OAuth, a service key or login credentials — encrypted at rest, never stored in plain text.
Mail, calendar, contacts, files, Teams — one at a time or together, in the cloud or with an on-premise agent.
Progress per message, per file, per account — not “in progress”, but an actual number and an ETA.
A real recount on the destination side when it's done — any discrepancy is shown, not hidden.
Natively and across platforms — with the same verification guarantees on both sides.
IMAP, Gmail API, Microsoft Graph and PST archive import — one at a time or in bulk.
CalDAV/CardDAV and native APIs, including recurring events migrated between Google and Microsoft.
Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, Shared Drives, Dropbox, Box — keeping permissions wherever the API allows it.
Google Workspace ↔ Microsoft 365 — the same verification whichever way you go.
Hundreds of accounts in scheduled waves, with separate concurrency limits per organisation.
Credentials encrypted at rest, a full audit log, two-factor authentication.
Instead of overreaching comparisons with specific tools, we stick to what we can actually show.
A single file or a whole batch of archives at once — straight into the destination mailbox, no manually attaching Outlook profiles afterwards.
Once a mail or file migration finishes, Loomigrate connects to the destination and actually recounts the data — it doesn't just trust what the connector reported while running.
An interrupted file migration picks up where it stopped — without copying again what has already been moved.
The migration runs inside the client's network when the data shouldn't travel anywhere — not only in the vendor's cloud.
// methodology and full sources for comparisons with specific tools — on request, by email
Designed for GDPR from day one, not bolted on later.
Access credentials (passwords, tokens, service account keys) are encrypted with a separate key — never stored in plain text.
Migrated content is processed on the fly wherever possible — it doesn't linger longer than the operation itself.
Every configuration change and administrative access — recorded, searchable, impossible to delete.
TOTP, email codes and hardware keys (WebAuthn), available for every account.
An agent installed in the client's network — data never has to reach our servers.
Automated end-to-end tests of the whole migration pipeline, around the clock.
One fee per account, with no subscription or per-seat plans. It covers the whole migration with no time limit, 30 days of free resyncs after it finishes, and an automatic refund if an account's migration moved nothing.
A real migration of up to 200 messages, files or events per mailbox or drive, for 3 mailboxes or drives, with no payment card. When the result works for you, switch to the full migration with one click.

Yes — mail, calendars, contacts and files (personal and team) in both directions, with the same destination-side verification as migrations within a single platform.
Not always. The default cloud mode processes data on the fly (without persistent storage, apart from a few technical exceptions described in the privacy policy). Agent mode runs the entire migration inside the client's network.
File migrations resume where they stopped, without copying already-moved files again. Mail and the other modules report exactly where they stopped.
When the migration finishes, Loomigrate connects to the destination and actually recounts what's there — comparing it with what the connector reported while running. Any discrepancy is shown plainly, not hidden behind a green status.
You pay once for each migrated account: €10 net for a mailbox (mail, calendar and contacts together), €3 for a personal drive, €19 for a shared drive, €28 for a Teams team and €7 for a PST file, with a volume discount from 50 accounts. The fee covers the whole migration, even if it takes weeks, plus 30 days after it finishes during which resyncs and catch-up runs before cutover are free. If an account's migration moves nothing at all, the credits come back automatically.
Yes. After creating an account, choose "Free test" in the wizard: a real migration of up to 200 items (messages, files or events) per mailbox or drive, for at most 3 mailboxes or drives per Loomigrate account, with no card. You see the result on your own data: folders, dates, special characters and the report. For mail there is also "Check without moving anything", which tests the connections and counts messages. When the test works for you, you switch to the full migration and what was already moved is skipped.
To a limited extent (M365→M365, a new team without message history) — that's a limitation of the Microsoft Graph API itself, not of our platform. We say so plainly rather than promise more than can be done.
In cloud mode, always from one fixed address: 85.89.161.251. If your mail server restricts access by IP (firewall, allowlist, fail2ban), allow this address for IMAP/POP3 before migrating. In agent mode, connections come from your own network.
